Non-Refundable Services

Payments made for the following services are generally non-refundable once work has started:

• Google Ads Management

• Local SEO
• E-commerce SEO
• Website Design & Development
• SEO Audits and Consultations

Why Refunds Are Not Available

SEO and digital marketing services require ongoing research, planning, optimization, and manual work. Because these services are customized for each client and the work begins immediately after project initiation, refunds cannot be provided for completed or partially completed work.

Monthly SEO Services

Monthly SEO services are billed in advance. Clients may cancel future billing by providing written notice before the next billing cycle. However, payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable.

Advertising Budget

Advertising costs paid directly to third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or Meta Ads are not controlled by SEO SOLUTIONx and are non-refundable.

Project Cancellation

If a client decides to cancel a project after work has begun, no refund will be issued for services already performed. Any completed work delivered up to the cancellation date remains billable.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional situations where SEO SOLUTIONx determines that no work has been started or when required by applicable law.
